Millie Mackintosh has launched her debut fashion collection.

The ex-'Made in Chelsea' star unveiled her Autumn/Winter 2014 range - the 'Millie Mackintosh Collection' - in London yesterday (10.09.14) where she shared her excitement over her debut line and admitted she was thrilled to have been presented with opportunity to design her own collection.

She told Metro newspaper: ''When I found out it was all definitely happening I had a cocktail and called my mum, but it didn't sink in 'til I actually saw the samples and was able to send out the lookbook to my friends.''

Millie, 25 - who is married to 'Need You Tonight' singer Professor Green - has created the 40-item collection to reflect her love of luxurious prints and ''fun'' party pieces.

She told MailOnline: ''I wanted the collection to represent me and I created it for myself really. It features a lot of embellishment which I love and we have some faux leather look pants and shorts.

''I really love the whole 60s and 70s look and that is reflected in the collection. It has quite a boho and vintage style, I wanted it to be quite young and fun.''

Following the launch of the collection yesterday, the Chelsea socialite's website crashed due to high traffic as fans rushed to get their hands on her designs.

She tweeted to her 800,000 followers: ''We have had so many visitors that my new site has crashed please stay patient it will be back up and ready soon @MillieMClothing''

The range comes in sizes six to 16 and is available from her website and selected high street retailers, with items costing between £38 and £250.
