Miley Cyrus' home has been targeted by a thief.

The 'We Can't Stop' hitmaker's property in San Fernando Valley, California, was broken into by a burglar who is believed to have taken a large amount of her and her brother's personal items as well as her bank card, on December 16.

It isn't the first time Miley has been targeted by robbers after a man and woman in their 20s entered her home and stole jewellery and her $102,000 Maserati Quattroporte in May last year, while she was away performing the European leg of her 'Bangerz' tour.

The blonde beauty was also left ''extremely upset'' when a theif entered her home in November 2013 on the weekend she turned 21, stealing ''a lot of personal items''.

According to gossip site TMZ.com, police believe they have caught the latest culprit and have charged Rusty Edward Sellner with felony first-degree residential burglary, receiving stolen property and grand theft, although he pled not guilty when the case went to court last Wednesday (09.01.15).
