Miley Cyrus thinks chivalry is dead.

The 'We Can't Stop' singer - who is engaged to 'Hunger Games' hunk Liam Hemsworth - gets ''depressed'' watching heartthrob Leonardo Dicaprio in movies, because she feels the romance seen in his films does not exist in real life.

She told BBC Radio 1: ''Movies always make girls depressed like that. I can't watch Leonardo DiCaprio and not be depressed.

''I'm engaged to an actor, so I know it doesn't exist. No, it's more like, 'Hey babe, one of the dogs pooped on the floor.' ''

Although the couple - who were rumoured to have hit the rocks earlier this year - are seemingly on better terms, the former 'Hannah Montana' actress admits she isn't one for public displays of affection.

She said: '' I get really uncomfortable when people start making out in movies, especially when it's old people!''

Miley and Liam, 23, recently spent some quality time together as they were spotted taking a hike in Alberta, Canada, last week.

The young lovebirds stayed at the luxurious Jasper Park Lodge and according to sources, they didn't leave their hotel room for 24 hours after checking in.
