Rebecca Francis claims she has been attacked "non-stop" by animal rights lovers ever since Miley began to repost her pictures on, showing the woman posing with big game kills.

"What the f**k is wrong with the human race?" the Wrecking Ball hitmaker captioned a shot of the female hunter on Friday (04Mar16).

The singer and avid animal lover also shared an emotional and expletive-ridden split-screen post on the social media site on Thursday (03Mar16), which showed her crying over images of Rebecca posing with a recent kill, and standing beside Republican Presidential hopeful Donald Trump, who Miley has also blasted online.

"Yes. That is a tear rolling down my cheek dripping off the end of my nose...," she wrote. "This makes me so unbelievable (sic) scared and sad... Not only for our country but for animals that I love more than anything in this world... My heart is broken into a 100000 pieces... I think I may vomit... That picture on the right (of Rebecca with a kill) is so disturbing.... YOU are not destiny!"

She continued, "It is not your job to decide when a living things (sic) life is over .... & YOU DT (Donald Trump) ARE NOT GOD NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU THINK YOU ARE!!! (& if he doesn't think he is "God" he thinks he is the f**king chosen one or some s**t! We're all just f**king jam between his rich a** toes! Honestly f**k this s**t I am moving if this is my president! I don't say things I don't mean!)"

Miley's angry posts have prompted her fans and fellow animal rights activist to slam Rebecca online, and she tells the death threats have ranged from messages such as, "F**king b**ch, I wish I could hunt you", and "I hope someone shoots you."

Rebecca insists Miley's posts are a form of "cyberbullying", which she maintains is worse than hunting, and she has now had to make her Instagram account private in a bid to minimise the death threats she receives on her page.

Rebecca's spat with Miley isn't the first time she's gone head to head with a celebrity over her passion for hunting. British comedian Ricky Gervais called her out over her controversial hobby back in April, 2015.

"What must've happened to you in your life to make you want to kill a beautiful animal then lie next to it smiling?" he captioned a photo of Rebecca next to a giraffe she had just killed in the wild.

Not one to take criticism, she fired back with a statement that read, "Ricky Gervais has used his power and influence to specifically target women in the hunting industry and has sparked thousands of people to call for my death, the death of my family and many other women who hunt."
