Mila Kunis is joining her Black Swan co-star Natalie Portman in becoming the new face of the fashion house Dior. According to a report from Reuters today (January 6, 2012), the actress released a statement saying "I am absolutely thrilled to be working with Dior. The brand is iconic in so many ways. It defines fashion, elegance and sophistication."
The 28 year old Friends with Benefits star will be modeling for the Miss Dior handbag collection for the global 2012 spring / summer ad campaign. Natalie Portman is the face of Miss Dior's Cherie perfume, whilst Charlize Theron heads up the campaign for the J'Adore Dior fragrance and Marion Cotillard models for the Lady Dior handbag range. In accepting the Dior job, Mila is aligning herself with three high profile, Oscar-winning actresses, whilst she prepares herself for the release of Ted in 2012.
The next major film release for Mila Kunis, Ted is an American comedy directed by Seth Macfarlane, the creator of Family Guy. The film also stars Mark Wahlberg and Laura Vandervoort. 2012 will also see the actress appearing in Sam Raimi's Oz: the Great and the Powerful. Though Kunis has never won an Oscar herself, she was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her performance in Black Swan at the 2010 Golden Globe Awards.
