Michelle Keegan admits she has body insecurities but tries not to worry about eating unhealthily.
Michelle Keegan has body hang-ups.
The former 'Coronation Street' star - who has been awarded the 'Sexiest Female' award at The British Soap Awards six years running - says she still has insecurities about her body but tries not to worry about eating unhealthily.
She told MailOnline: ''I have body hang-ups just like every other girl.
''But I don't punish myself if I don't work out and I do everything in moderation so if I have a bad week foodwise, I'll ensure that I have a good one the next.''
The stunning brunette is engaged to former 'TOWIE' star Mark Wright - who recently claimed the actress refuses to diet and even eats high-calorie Magnum ice creams before bed.
Although Michelle confirmed that she doesn't crash diet, she insists that she does watch what she eats and incorporates lots of ''core-work'' into her exercise regime to maintain her svelte figure.
She explained: ''I don't believe in crash diets or detoxes, I can't live like that. If I have a bad day then I'll have a good day the next.
''(And) lots of core work.''
Meanwhile, the 27 year old launched her second clothing line for high-street retailer Lipsy earlier this week.
The 20-piece collection, consisting of colour-block pencil dresses and jumpsuits, as well as leather trousers, camisoles and kimonos, is available to buy online at Lipsy.co.uk and has been described by Michelle as ''perfect for Christmas parties''.
She said: ''This collection is a bit more wintry.
''There's lots of lovely coats, fur jackets and sexy LBDs, which will be perfect for your Christmas parties.''
