Stars including Michael Stipe, Michael Moore, Moby and Jack Black are teaming up to launch a competition attacking American President GEORGE W Bush.

Dance star Moby and JONATHAN SOROS - son of billionaire financier GEORGE SOROS - are launching a online competition via the MOVEON.ORG website to find the best 30-second video criticising Bush's government - with Stipe, Moore, and Black joining James Carville, Gus Van Sant, Eddie Vedder, Margaret Cho and Janeane Garofalo on the judging panel.

Moby tells PAGE SIX, "We want to draw attention to the administration's failed policies."
