Michael Kors has married his long-term boyfriend.
The Fashion designer and Lance LePere - who have been dating since 1990 - tied the knot in a private ceremony on Dune Beach in Southampton, New York, on Tuesday (16.08.11).
Speaking of the wedding, the 52-year-old sartorialist told WWD: "To marry someone as wonderful and special to me as Lance barefoot on a glorious beach is more than I could have dreamed of."
Michael announced his plans to marry Lance last month after same-sex marriage was made legal in their home state of New York.
Michael - who is also a judge on 'Project Runway' - said: "Lance and I are very excited to finally be able to have the opportunity to marry in our home state after many years together. We have no plans for a major party, but we will be getting married privately."
Speaking about how they fell in love, Lance has previously said: "We share a certain level of taste, an American point of view, and I think we like to play with Americana. Over the years and the day-to-day process of dreaming together, things just naturally fell into place."
