Retired basketball superstar Michael Jordan is suing his contractor for a job badly done after his palatial home outside Chicago, Illinois, was turned into a watery mess.

The sporting hero and his wife JUANITA claim contractors STO CORPORATION wrecked their home to the tune of $2.6 million (GBP1.4 million).

The couple say they noticed water damaged in 1999 and brought it to the attention of the defendants, but never got satisfaction.

They allege that, as a result, they're now at risk of mould contamination.
