An unnamed woman has filed a new lawsuit against Michael Jackson, accusing the late King of Pop of molesting her three decades ago.
The woman claims the Thriller singer started abusing her in 1986 after inviting her and her mother inside the Jackson family compound in Encino, California while they were star spotting.
In the new suit, the Jane Doe claims Michael fondled her genitals and kissed her mouth and body. She also alleges there was vaginal penetration, reports TMZ.
According to the documents, the abuse continued through puberty and when she turned 16, she claims Michael started writing cheques to keep her quiet.
She says the first was for $2,500 (£2,000) and the biggest one - for $600,000 (£492,000) - came in 1993.
She has included copies of the cheques and stubs showing the payments amounting to over $900,000 (£739,000) with her legal papers.
The unidentified woman is suing several of Jackson's companies for emotional distress, negligence and much more. It is not clear why she waited 30 years to come forward with her claims.
The pop superstar died in 2009, aged 50.
