The teenage boy accusing Michael Jackson of sexually abusing him has testified before the grand jury at a top secret evidence hearing, according to Santa Barbara, California, sources attached to the case.

Yesterday's (30MAR04) meeting also included testimony from JAMIE MASADA, the comedy club owner who arranged for 14-year-old GAVIN ARVIZO to meet the THRILLER star after undergoing chemotherapy in 2001.

On Monday (29MAR04), LARRY FELDMAN - the lawyer contacted by the alleged victim's mother - appeared before the jury, as did renowned psychologist STAN KATZ, who was introduced to the teenager by the attorney. Arvizo reportedly relayed details of his molestation claims to Katz, who then went to the authorities with the information.

All the testifiers have refused to comment on the hearings and deny or confirm whether they have taken place, but Katz says, "I can't comment on the case or the grand jury. I wish I could."

Jackson was charged by the district attorney last year (03) with seven counts of committing lewd or lascivious acts upon a child under age 14 and two counts of administering an intoxicating agent to the child. Jackson has pleaded innocent to the charges. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled for Friday (02APR04).
