Bosses on rejuvenated TV hit Melrose Place aren't giving up on luring Heather Locklear to rejoin the cast - insisting there is always a "door open" for the actress.
Locklear was one of the favourite original castmembers to take part in the remake of the 1980s drama, but she declined an offer to star in the new line-up.
The actress, who entered a rehab facility last year (08), insisted she couldn't see a way for writers to realistically bring back her character Amanda Woodward - but bosses are still desperate for her to return.
Executive producer Todd Slavkin says, "The door is always open for Heather Locklear. We're huge fans of hers."
