The 35-year-old star hasn't discussed with her former bandmates - Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton and Mel C - the possibility of taking to the stage again but thinks they should get back together to make new music.
She said: "I'd love to get back with the Spice Girls.
"I've always championed more Spice Girls concerts, DVDs and music. But we haven't had that conversation as a group yet and I can't speak on everyone's behalf."
In the meantime, Mel is focused on bringing the Spice Girls musical, 'Viva Forever', to the stage, but is remaining tight-lipped about the exact nature of the show.
She added: "Right now, we're all talking about the musical 'Viva Forever', which is coming out next year. I'm not allowed to Say Anything about it yet though."
The Spice Girls first split in 1998 following the departure of Geri. They reunited as a five-piece in 2007 but their world tour came to a sudden end the following year, with many proposed shows scrapped.
