Rappers MC Lyte and Lil Mama have decided to let Tv cameras into their lives to record their every move as they attempt to relaunch their music careers.

The pair is making a reality show for U.S. network Bet, entitled Hip-Hop Sisters, which will chronicle their journey as they seek to re-establish themselves in the music industry after taking time out.

Hip-Hop Sisters will also feature Yo Yo, The Lady of Rage, Smooth and Monie Love, while MC Lyte also serves as an executive producer on the show.

The series is named after the rapper's non-profit organisation, Hip Hop Sisters Network, which promotes positive images of black women.
