Soul queen Mary J Blige insists she has never had to attend therapy sessions as writing songs is enough to get her feelings out in the open. The NO MORE DRAMA star, 35, has saved a fortune by snubbing the psychiatrist's couch, as music alone has made her look at her character and improve her attitude. She says, "I have not been to see any therapists. Music is therapy. "Writing down what you're dealing with and what you see in the world is therapy. "Actually hearing it back is therapy sometimes because you don't know it until it comes out of you. "I have trusted my heavenly father. I've been educating myself. I've been reading books. I've been asking questions. I've been talking slower and listening to people."
