Jailbird Martha Stewart will have even more reasons to celebrate when she's released from federal prison this weekend (06MAR05) - her former TV show has been given three DAYTIME EMMY nominations.

The lifestyle queen, who was jailed for five months last year (04) for stocks fraud, is expected to taste freedom this Sunday when she walks out of Alderson Prison in West Virginia.

And there will be double celebrations at her home in upstate New York - thanks to the Emmy nods she picked up this morning (02MAR05) for her scrapped show MARTHA STEWART LIVING.

Daytime soap opera All My Children leads the list of nominees with a whopping 18 nods, while long-running kids show Sesame Street tied with soaps General Hospital and GUIDING LIGHT for 13 nominations.

Meanwhile, it was announced veteran entertainer-turned-hotel tycoon MERV GRIFFIN will be honoured with the Daytime Emmy's Lifetime Achievement Award at the 32nd annual ceremony, which will be held in New York in May (05).
