R+B diva Mariah Carey has parted company with her agents at WILLIAM MORRIS - just weeks after firing long term spokeswoman CINDI BERGER.

The CHARMBRACELET singer, 34, has been with the prestigious company since 1998 but reportedly blames them for her inability to break into Hollywood films.

Sources close to Mariah say she's also furious with the company after losing millions of dollars on a flop world tour last year (03).

But a William Morris spokesperson tells the NEW YORK DAILY NEWS: "While we're confused as to the reasons for her decision, we wish her well."

Mariah's manager BENNY MEDINA - the svengali behind J.LO's career - retorts, "She has the right to examine where she'd like to go, and who best can guide her."
