Stella Bulochnikov has been scolding some Instagram users after they posted nasty comments aimed at her children on the social media site, according to the New York Post's PageSix column.

"Listen you ignorant b**ches...," she began, "I do not engage in ignorance or girl-on-girl crime or cyberstalkers... Get the f**k off of social media and moreover you can get the f**k off of my happy page and go get your life (sic)!"

The manager tells the publication she is hounded on Instagram, where she shares photos and videos of Mariah, along with her kids.

"I am sick of viral bullies hiding behind computers, spewing hate and ignorance," she says. "We have been constantly harassed on social media, and I'm sick of people being able to be abusive on blocked accounts."

"How dare we give these bullies a platform to infect others with their vile words. Cyberbullying must stop! There must be a zero-tolerance policy!," she adds.

On Saturday (30Jul16), Stella posted an update to the cyberbullying saga, after Instagram's head of music partnerships, Lauren Wirtzer-Seawood, issued a statement about new tools being introduced for users to block rude comments to keep the site a "friendly, fun and, most importantly, safe place".

"Thank you @instagram for listening !!," Stella declared next to a post featuring Lauren's full statement. "We #love #instagram #stopcyberbullying #keepourcommunitiessafe!!"

She later shared a quote purportedly from Mark Twain, which read, "The best way to cheer yourself up is to cheer somebody else up." She captioned the post, "Its (sic) so true!! #people come into your #life for a reason. Build eachother (sic) up. #Support eachother #empowerwomen give #love #laughter and #light to those you love the #universe gives it right back."
