The former 30 Rock star recently filed legal papers against David Moraga, after he allegedly threatened her and broke into her home.

According to TMZ, Cho ended her relationship with Moraga in May (16), but following the split, he allegedly refused to leave her home, forcing Cho to evict him and change the locks.

Moraga allegedly broke into her house, changed the locks, and would not leave.

He has reportedly been ordered to stay away from Cho.

The news comes a week after it was reported the comedienne had been staying at a sober-living facility after her friends staged an intervention.

She reportedly shared the news with fans while performing a stand-up show at The Comedy Store in Hollywood on 3 November (16), and joked about bringing wine to her intervention five months ago, mistaking the get together for a friend's party.
