Bosses at R&J Entertainment claim they signed a deal with the singer for a series of shows in the Netherlands, Spain, and England in 2014 and 2015, but the gigs failed to come to fruition.

Jennifer Lopez's ex-husband allegedly reneged on the agreement only to ink a "near identical" contract with a rival promotions company, according to legal papers obtained by TMZ.com.

R&J Entertainment executives have since filed suit against the I Need To Know hitmaker for damages.

The 47-year-old has yet to comment on the accusations.
