Madonna's new album is to be called LICORICE, according to an American music website.
The album, which will be the popstar's final one with the Warner Bros record label, will be released in late April, according to Billboard.com
Former Billboard editor Larry Flick revealed the news on his US radio show OutQ.
He also aired two tracks from the album, CANDY SHOP and THE BEAT GOES ON.
The album will feature guest appearances by Kanye West, Timbaland and PHARRELL WILLIAMS
It will be MADONNA'S 11th studio album following 2005's CONFESSIONS ON THE DANCE FLOOR.
Speaking at the American premiere of his gangster film REVOLVER, Madonna's husband Guy Ritchie said: "It's her best CD, and I'm not just saying that. Well, I am just saying it, but I also mean it."
Following LICORICE, MADONNA will release a greatest hits collection with Warner Bros before beginning a ten-year contract with Artist Nation.
The deal is an all-encompassing agreement which gives the company rights to all of the RAY OF LIGHT singer's music-related projects.
It was announced yesterday that MADONNA's Confessions tour has been nominated for a Grammy.
Meanwhile MADONNA is set to sue a New York co-operative board after she was blocked form buying a neighbour's apartment in her luxury building.
The summons accuses the board of breach of contract for allegedly holding up the sale of the apartment.
MADONNA is seeking a court order allowing the sale to be completed.
