Madonna has announced the title of her forthcoming 12th studio album in a pre-recorded interview for Bbc's 'The Graham Norton Show,' reports MTV News. In a canny pun, the Queen of pop has called the new LP 'M.D.N.A;' we already know that there'll be a single 'Gimme All Your Luvin' which will feature both Nicki Minaj and M.I.A and that's set to appear on the album.
Speaking in the interview, the 53 year-old confirmed that the album was finished in its entirety and also announced plans to tour in support of it. Madonna's last major tour came in 2008 and went through until 2009; titled 'Sticky & Sweet' it promoted her 11th studio album 'Hard Candy' and saw her visit 32 countries and 3.5 million fans to gross over $408 million.
The album will come out at the end of March 2012 on Interscope Records; Madge also fielded questions on Lady GaGa who she'd previously been critical of, arguing that the 25 year-old was obsessed by her. However in her most recent interview Madonna said "When I first saw her I was really impressed by her, she was cool. She did remind me of me back in the day." Before all the promotional hype begins regarding 'M.D.N.A,' Madonna's directorial debut takes place on January 20th with the release of 'W.E.'
