Madonna's hit song FROZEN has been banned from sale and broadcast across Belgium, after native songwriter SALVATORE ACQUAVIVA won a plagiarism case against the pop queen earlier today (18NOV05).

Acquaviva claims the hit song, which Madonna took to number one in 1998, resembles a track he wrote titled MA VIE FOUT LE CAMP.

Property rights lawyer VICTOR-VINCENT DEHIN, who represents Acquaviva says, "The judge has ruled Madonna must withdraw from sales all remaining discs, and orders that TV and radio can no longer play Frozen."

No damages were set, and the HUNG UP hitmaker can still appeal the ruling.
