Scottish singer Lulu has recorded a bedtime story to put millions of children in the U.K. to sleep on Christmas Day (25Dec11).
The Shout hitmaker will share the story of a hedgehog who forgets to buy gifts when she reads One Christmas Night by Christina M. Butler and Tina MACnaughton on the Bbc's CBeebies channel.
She says, "Christmas stories are so magical, with Christmas the most magical time of all and this brought out the child, the actress and the storyteller in me. I loved it."
Stars who have previously signed up to read festive stories include actor David Tennant and British pop star Gary Barlow.
