Lukas Graham frontman Lukas Forchhammer has celebrated his late father's legacy in a touching music video for new single You're Not There.
The singer lost his dad Eugene in 2012, and he wrote about his heartbreaking loss on the new track.
Now the Danish pop star has paid a sweet tribute to Eugene's memory by sharing old family photos in the tune's accompanying lyric video.
As images of Lukas' father appear onscreen, the 28-year-old sings, "You're not there to celebrate the man that you made/You're not there to share in my success and mistakes/Is it fair you'll never know the person I'll be?/You're not there with me."
Discussing the purpose of the project, the 7 Years musician explains to People.com, "You're Not There is a song to my father and in this lyric video I try to describe the loss I feel. RIP Eugene Graham!"
Lukas' loss has become all the more poignant now the singer himself has become a first-time father - his girlfriend Marie-Louise 'Rillo' Schwartz Petersen gave birth to a little girl in September (16).
"I'm sad that he (Eugene) can't meet her and get to know her with me," the new dad previously told People. "Luckily I have a massive family - an amazing mum, two wonderful sisters and both of my grandmothers are still alive - so it's not like she won't have company."
