Puerto Rico-born singer Luis Miguel has been accused of punching a barman following an altercation involving his bodyguard and a drinker in Aspen, Colorado, on 4 January (06).
The AMOR, AMOR, AMOR star, who has won four Grammy Awards, was enjoying a drink with friends at the ski resort's St Regis Lounge when patron William Hayward Hardy approached his table and requested a song, reports PageSix.com.
Hardy requested the 35-year-old sing a song, to which Miguel allegedly replied, "For $1,000." Hardy quickly countered, "I wouldn't give you 50 cents," and walked away.
Miguel allegedly became involved in the altercation and, according to Moan, said, "Do you know who I am?" To which Moan responded, "I don't care who you are, you don't fight in here."
Moan alleges that Miguel then closed his hand into a fist and punched him in the face. Miguel and Camera deny any punches were thrown.
