Rockers Linkin Park will headline the sixth annual Sunset Strip Music Festival in Los Angeles this summer (13).
The group will close down the fabled West Hollywood stretch of Sunset Boulevard on 3 August (13) and raise money for the band's disaster relief charity.
A significant portion of ticket sales will benefit Music For Relief, the non-profit organisation Linkin Park founded.
The Sunset Strip Music Festival gig will be the band's only North American performance for the remainder of 2013.
Previous Ssmf headliners have included Ozzy Osbourne, Motley Crue, The Smashing Pumpkins and Marilyn Manson.
Last year's (12) Ssmf street festival drew a record 15,000 music fans to the Strip.
