Um, Lindsay had a good reason for not going to Venice, it wasn't on account on her being "unreliable", did you miss the part where her sober coach specfically told her that travelling overseas after just getting out of rehab wasn't a very good idea? The lingerie shoot went south because the director/producer decided to change Lindsay's role at the last minute, so you can't really blame her for being upset about it.
