Lindsay Lohan looks to be in hot waters again after having turned up 40 minutes late for her first day of community service at the LA County Morgue. Lindsay Lohan was supposed to report at 8am yesterday morning (20th Oct 2011), but arrived at 8.40am, rolling up in an $80,000 Porsche.

The 25-year-old actress had previously been held in custody for violating her terms by missing nine appointments that she was supposed to attend to at a Women's Shelter as part of her community service.

However, the chief coroner was not convinced by her excuse and told her to leave. Speaking on Twitter, Lohan stated: "With all of the stress and pressure from yesterday and today, I've never been so happy to go to therapy!!!! Also, I'm sorry for the confusion that I may of caused to those at the Coroner's office. Won't happen again, now I know where to go! Thank you for your help."

Lohan will have to face Judge Sautner on her next court appearance on 2nd November 2011.

Attempting to divert attention towards her movie commitments, Lindsay Lohan will soon appear alongside Adrien Brody and Michelle Rodriguez in 'Underground Comedy', due for release next year.
