Lindsay Lohan's half-sister has spent over $25,000 (£16,600) on cosmetic work in a bid to look like her famous sibling.

Ashley Horn, who is the product of a fling Lohan's father Michael had with the teenager's mother Kristi in the early 1990s, has showed off her new post-surgery look in the new issue of U.S. magazine In Touch, and she is listing all of the procedures she underwent to resemble Lindsay.

She tells the publication, "I've gotten rhinoplasty, a bit of refinement underneath my cheeks and jawline, some fat injected into my chin and some fat injected into my upper cheeks... My goal was to look like Lindsay in her good days, when she was around 18, 19 years old."

And she's thrilled with her Houston, Texas surgeon's handiwork, adding, "I'm hotter than Lindsay! I have no problem saying that."

But that's as far as she wants to go to resemble her half-sister, insisting she won't be following her to jail or rehab.

She explains, "I'm not Lindsay. I wasn't raised in that family. I don't drink, do drugs or party. I like being a responsible person."

Lohan spent much of the summer in court-ordered rehab battling substance abuse issues. The actress insists she's now clean and sober and keen to get her life back on track.
