Gobby pop star Lily Allen is being investigated by police following complaints by a photographer of alleged assault.
The 22-year-old faces arrest after an incident which left paparazzo Kevin Rush with a bruised and bleeding nose, along with an imprint of Lily's gold sovereign ring in his face, according to the Daily Mail.
Lily allegedly lunged forward and hit the photographer during an incident in March, when she left a party and was making her way to the Groucho club in London's Soho.
Mr Rush, 47, called police who have sent a letter to Lily's home, telling her to go to the police station for inquiries.
The photographer told the paper: "She hit me even though I had put my camera down My nose was bleeding but I didn't realise until someone pointed it out.
"I could not understand why she thought she should be allowed to do that. If I had punched someone I would be in trouble so why shouldn't a celebrity?"
A Scotland Yard spokesman explained that inquiries into the incident are still continuing. If charged, Lily could face up to five years in prison.
