Lily Allen has been indulging in tasty treats since her tour came to an end earlier this year (10) - the singer has put on seven pounds (3.1 kilograms) since stepping off the stage.
The pop star has long struggled with her body image, and once admitted she considered having gastric bypass surgery to lose weight.
She kept in trim with her energetic stage routines during her concert dates, but since finishing her live shows in March (10), the Smile hitmaker has piled on the pounds.
Allen tells Britain's Daily Star, "When I was on tour earlier in the year, I would be on stage for one and a half hours a night. So since the tour finished, I have put on about half a stone (seven pounds).
"But I do Pilates three times a week. I am still body conscious, but I'm not so concerned with it. I don't care as much."
