Pop star Lily Allen has avoided legal action over a scuffle with singer BOBBY KRAY at London's Notting Hill Carnival - but only because the Smile hitmaker is "so well-connected". Allen was captured on film at the event on 27 August (07), climbing on the stage clutching a can of Guinness and shoving Kray, while trying to grab his microphone. Kray, 36, fell into a bush, but climbed back on the stage and poured Allen's drink over her head. And a source at Kray's record label, Black Allianz, admits they did consider suing Allen for the incident. The source says, "The only thing that's holding us back is the fact that half the label is made up from people connected to her. "If it had been anyone else we would have already started proceedings. She's been a very silly girl."
