The Lollipop star was ordered to settle a $1 million (£625,000) bill with bosses of Signature Group, a company that leases jets to stars, in September (15) for failing to make any payments during the first two years of a three-year contract.

The rapper, real name Dwayne Carter, Jr., did not hand over the sum and the figure inflated to $1.8 million (£1.1 million), with an extra $200,000 (£125,000) in legal fees.

At the start of November (15), officials in Florida obtained a warrant to raid his Miami home and seize belongings, including expensive pieces from his art collection.

The rapper will now be able to keep the artwork as he is paying back the settlement with the help of a $1.5 million (£938,000) loan, according to TMZ.com. Documents obtained by website editors show he has put up his private skate park in Miami as collateral.
