Rappers Lil Wayne and Drake are refusing to hand over $400,000 (£250,000) after they were sued for missing a club appearance, insisting they weren't informed about the gig.
The hip-hop stars have been ordered to pay bosses at Imperial Entertainment Group (Ieg), who accused the duo of agreeing to perform at a show last year (11) but failing to turn up.
Now Drake and his mentor are teaming up to fight a default judgment entered against them, alleging they didn't sign a contract with Ieg.
In legal documents obtained by Tmz.com, the Right Above It hitmakers have asked a court to cancel the judgment.
