Letlive.'s recent extensive tour of mainland Europe and the UK (in support of Enter Shikari) endeared them to audiences across the continent with a relentless succession of fervent live shows. The band had much of their experience committed to film and have now unveiled a music video for their single 'Renegade '86' which documents some of their recent time in Europe. Filmed across Europe in cities such as Vienna, Prague, Berlin, Milan, Copenhagen and Paris, the video was shot by director / videographer Mark Forrer and also features some typically visceral live footage from the band, taken from the shows they have played over the last couple of months. The track 'Renegade '86' is itself a live favourite and has also been receiving some serious radio play having been added to the BBC Radio 1 In New Music We Trust playlist.
2011 has been a whirlwind year for Los Angeles' letlive. and the band don't look like easing up any time soon. Their album 'Fake History' was released through legendary indie Epitaph Records to critical acclaim, they played incendiary sets at UK festivals Download (which saw a 'disagreement' with security forces) and Reading & Leeds (NME named theirs one of the 20 Sets You Had To See), were nominated for a Metal Hammer Golden God as Best International Newcomer and Kerrang! Magazine named Jason Aalon Butler as the Number 1 Rockstar in The World Today.
Be a part of the letlive. live experience at their forthcoming UK/Ireland dates on the Kerrang! Tour in February.
