The new release from Leona Lewis, Run, has gone in at number one in the UK singles chart in its first week.
The former X Factor winner, who is now making waves on both sides of the Atlantic, knocked Take That's Greatest Day off the top spot - just one week after the reunited boyband took over from Beyonce.
If I Were A Boy slipped four spots to number six, behind Britney Spears' single Womanizer - which climbed four spots from seven to three.
Hot N Cold by Katy Perry exchanged places with Human by The Killers to go to numbers four and five, respectively, while TI feat. Rihanna (Live Your Life), Akon (Right Now [Na Na Na]), Alesha Dixon (The Boy Does Nothing) and the new song from Kings Of Leon (Use Somebody) made up the rest of the top ten.
However, despite being ousted from the summit of the singles chart, there was better news for Take That in the album charts as The Circus debuted at number one.
The Killers' Day & Age slipped one place to number two, with Leona Lewis' Spirit moving up one spot to three.
Britney Spears' new album - also called Circus - went in at number four in its first week.
