British singer Leona Lewis has delayed the release of her upcoming third album to continue recording sessions.
The Bleeding Love hitmaker was due to release Glassheart in November (11), but Lewis is feeling "so inspired" she's decided to carry on creating new material for the record, which will now hit stores in early 2012.
In a series of posts on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "Just wanted to update everyone on the album! I'm feeling so inspired right now and have decided to continue recording!
"I have a collection of songs that I'm so in love with and I know there's more to be born so it means the album will come early next year."
