The rockers will join British heavy metal veterans Saxon for a memorial gig in Ljungbyhed, Sweden in September (16), as part of the V8 Thunder Cars racing series.
The gig has dubbed the Lemmy 500.
"This event is something special and unique," Saxon frontman Biff Byford explains. "We have never before played a concert at a racetrack on a race day and it will also be a chance to pay tribute to our longtime friend and rock icon Lemmy."
Dee adds, "This is going to be a night to remember. Playing some of Motorhead’s greatest hits together with our friends in Saxon is going to be a great tribute to our former friend and band member."
Lemmy passed away in December (15) just days after being diagnosed with cancer.
