The 30-year-old country singer told Entertainment Tonight she would be a ''liar'' if she denied being scared at the prospect Eddie might cheat on her, particularly as the couple began their relationship while she was still married to Dean Sherement.
She told Nancy O'Dell: ''I would be ignorant to say, and everyone else would think I am a liar if I didn't say yes, and I have at times. Speaking for him, I would actually say that's creeped into his mind.
''I think we've been very honest and open with that to each other and our conversations about it have only made me understand how much he actually cares, as much as I do, about being faithful to each other.''
LeAnn and Eddie have been married since 2011, after an affair in 2009 when they met on the set of 'Northern Lights'.
The country singer also revealed she suffered from depression after coming under heavy criticism for their romantic choices and admitted she even considered suicide as an option.
LeAnn said: ''''Of course ... I think any smart person would know that it is always a possibility that you could always get that sad and deep.
''I worried that was a possibility [but] I know I would never.''
However, she insisted the couple are now in a much better place.
LeAnn added: ''I'm living my life and he is too in the moment of loving each other and we're super happy.''
