After two years of seemingly fighting with her love-rival via the micro-blogging website, the 'Can't Stop the Moonlight' singer took to her account to write a statement marking the end of their war of words, which Brandi re-tweeted.
The battle between the two blondes started in 2009 when LeAnn was reportedly caught romancing her 'Northern Lights' co-star Eddie Cibrian - then married to Brandi, with whom he has two sons, Mason and Jake.
Soon after, LeAnn - who is now engaged to Eddie - and her bandmates allegedly used different accounts to write taunting messages about the makeup artist, and in January a group called 'Brandi's Bunch' retaliated by sending abusive messages to the star.
In the statement LeAnn wrote: "As a collective unit, Brandi and I would like all negativity to cease toward one another. We have communicated and have a direct understanding that we are ONLY ourselves on Twitter and have no other accounts that try to destroy one another. Please for our families' sake stop the hate now and let us live OUR lives. We don't need opinions or outside help in order for that to happen. Thanks, LeAnn and Brandi (sic)"
