Lea Michele was pleased to be back on the set of 'Glee'.
The 26-year-old actress, who plays lead Rachel Berry in the American series, has returned to work following the death of her co-star and boyfriend Cory Monteith.
Lea tweeted: ''Feels so good to be home #GleeSeason5'', and attached a picture of her siting on a trunk in front of her bed with her hair swept back into a ponytail.
This comes only days after she had her first public outing following Cory's overdose, where she was pictured in Beverely Hills as she was attending Jamie-Lynn Sigler's baby shower.
Lea previously said she couldn't wait to get stuck in to the new season and fall back into the nature of her bossy character Rachel.
She explained: ''First day of glee today. And at my first wardrobe fitting for Rachel Berry for Season Five! I've missed her so much (sic).''
'Glee' bosses are doing a memorial episode for Cory - who played Finn Hudson - after he died three weeks ago following an overdose of heroin and alcohol in a Vancouver, Canada, hotel room.
The episode will reference the dangers of substance misuse.
Fox Entertainment Chairman Kevin Reilly said: ''The third episode will write Finn out of the show.
''That episode will deal directly with the incidents involved with Cory's passing and the drug abuse in particular.''
