The Orange is the New Black star became engaged to Foster in October (16) and Laura is already underway with the planning. However, she reveals their hectic schedules are making it difficult to pick a date.

"He's going off to do two movies," she tells E! News. "I just wrapped last week. It's just, you know, scheduling. It's a lot."

Laura is also struggling with making her guest list because she wants an intimate wedding, but doesn't want to leave anyone important out.

"We want a really small wedding but we have a lot of people that we love and care about," she says. "It's weird, (but) apparently doing the list for your wedding is a whole thing that could cause some issues."

"(The Orange is the New Black) cast alone is, like, 50 people," she adds.

But for now, Laura is enjoying her engagement.

"I'm happy," she said. "It's amazing. He's the love of my life."
