A photographer who accused U.S. sports star Lamar Odom of trashing his camera equipment in a bust-up last year (13) has dropped his lawsuit.

Khloe Kardashian's estranged husband was charged with vandalism over the incident in Los Angeles in July, 2013, but he agreed to pay for the items and attend anger management counselling to avoid prosecution.

Snapper Stefan Saad sued the basketball player for more than $500,000 (£294,118), accusing him of assault, conversion and trespass of property, but editors of Tmz.com now report he has filed paperwork to dismiss the lawsuit.

Saad has asked for the case to be dismissed without prejudice, meaning he cannot sue the star over the matter again in the future.

Odom split from reality Tv personality Kardashian last year (13) and she filed for divorce in December (13).
