Country act Lady Antebellum performed a special concert for students at an Indiana school which was wrecked by tornados in March (12).
Henryville High School was severely damaged when powerful storms ripped through the region, killing 13 people, and classes have been moved to another site.
Lady Antebellum launched a competition offering to perform a concert at a school prom, and the band chose the devastated Henryville High as the winner.
The group turned up on stage at a party for pupils on Wednesday night (16May12) and paid tribute to their resilience following the disaster.
Singer Hillary Scott told the crowd, "Each and every one of you have inspired us, and we're so honoured to be here."
Scott's bandmate Charles Kelley also thrilled his female fans by choosing two students to dance with during the acoustic set.
