Kylie Jenner has reportedly splashed out on a new $12 million (£9.3 million) mansion.
The reality star is just 19 years old, but already boasts an impressive real estate profile, with her latest purchase marking the fourth property she owns.
Real estate site Trulia first reported Kylie's big buy, revealing that the stunning 13,200 square foot mansion in the Hidden Hills contains eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a games room. The Cape Cod style mansion, also has a gourmet kitchen, the perfect location for domestic goddess Kylie to experiment with her latest dishes, a swimming pool and a home cinema.
Kylie first climbed the property ladder last year (15), when she spent $2.7 million (£2.09 million) on her "starter home" in the same development in Calabasas, California, where her sisters Khloe and Kourtney also own properties.
She then fuelled her love of the Hidden Hills by buying two homes in the area - a $6 million (£4.6 million) mansion and the $4.5 million (£3.49 million) property next door.
While Kylie's professional life is clearly going from strength to strength, judging by her latest purchase, she is also happier than ever in her personal life. After rekindling her relationship with rapper Tyga earlier this year (16), Kylie and her musician beau have been spending every second together, and the newly-blonde star spoke about her love for her partner in an impromptu Q&A session on Snapchat on Sunday night (02Oct16).
After revealing her friends had cancelled on her, Kylie said: "I'm dying! That's why I love Tyga - he always makes me feel better. He just sent me the funniest memes because my friends cancelled on me. He's so funny."
Kylie was also asked about whether she will be following in the footsteps of sisters Kim and Kourtney Kardashian by starting her family anytime soon.
"I'm getting a lot of questions about kids," she replied. "How many kids do I want, do I want kids? I do want kids - but not now."
