Last year (15), the model and her younger sister were sued over their fashion collection for U.S. retailer PacSun amid allegations they ripped off a design from Florida-based lifestyle brand Island Company.

Executives at the firm claimed the sisters tweaked a trademarked slogan printed on one of Island's shirts and used it for one of their own creations.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Florida, has now been settled and PacSun bosses have agreed to remove the Jenners' shirts from stores, according to New York Post gossip column Page Six.
