True Blood star Kristina Anapau is determined to land a role in Downton Abbey if the aristocrats on the popular British period drama ever need American cousins.
The actress, who bears a striking resemblance to Downton Abbey star Michelle Dockery, is a huge fan of the show and hopes rumours suggesting the drama will cross the Atlantic for a fourth season are true.
She tells Wenn, "I've been told I look like Michelle Dockery and I'd love that. A period drama is the one thing that I haven't done yet. I would jump at the opportunity and I'm a huge fan of (Downton Abbey) creator Julian Fellowes."
The Black Swan star is also keen to expand her True Blood fairy character Maurella, adding, "There aren't shows about fairies and there are a lot of people out there who love fairies.
"We're bombarded with sex and violence and darkness on television but fairies are very magical... they're all about light and we need so much more of that in our world. Someone should create a show about fairies."
