Actress Kristen Bell is warming up her vocals for a new animated musical series for children.
The Frozen star is partnering with bosses at America's Gaumont Television for Do, Re & Mi, which will feature original songs in each of the new series' 52 episodes.
"Music has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember," the mother-of-two shares in a statement. "I hope this show will inspire a new generation of Kids and expose them to the benefits of music, which can be incredibly inspirational, encouraging and fun all at the same time."
Bell will also serve as an executive producer on the project, reports Variety.com.
Do, Re & Mi will be the first show developed by Gaumont Television's new animation division, and company president Nicolas Atlan hopes to expand the franchise into apps, games and music videos.
He adds, "We believe Do, Re & Mi will connect kids to music in a fun, new way across all screens."
