The 37-year-old reality star was dressed to impress as she attended the star-studded event, wearing a plunging red dress to show off her incredible figure.

But as she showcased her stunning ensemble for photographers, Kourtney's posing was interrupted when British comedian Jennifer Saunders decided to sneak into one snap.

Smiling cheekily as she stood behind Kourtney, Absolutely Fabulous star Jennifer looked in her element to have managed a photobomb on one of the most famous women in the world.

Kourtney, meanwhile, looked somewhat unimpressed as she caught sight of her photo intruder.

At that point, Jennifer leaned over and whispered something in Kourtney's ear, causing the mother-of-three to giggle. The funny woman looked completely delighted with herself though as she continued her walk down the red carpet, opening her mouth and grinning from ear to ear.

Kourtney jetted into London, England, specially for the awards ceremony, to present the Manuka Doctor YouTuber award to blogger Tanya Burr.

Meanwhile, Jennifer was given the Outstanding Contribution gong - presented to her by close friend and comedy collaborator Dawn French.

As she took to the stage, Dawn joked: "Why exactly she has been rewarded for her continued bad behaviour and relentless showing off is beyond me."

Jennifer then dedicated her award to comedian Victoria Wood, who died in April (16).

Kourtney looked amazing in the crochet Julien MACdonald dress she wore for the occasion, and posed alongside the designer inside the ceremony, held at Berkeley Square Gardens in the English capital.

She may have been hoping to catch the eye of a British gentleman at the event, as she is single after splitting from long-term partner Scott Disick last year.

Kourtney was recently questioned about whether she and Scott, who have endured several splits during their relationship, would ever reconcile.

"I don't know," she said, during an appearance on U.S. breakfast show Today. "We're not getting back together right now, but I don't know what the future holds in life, in God's plan. But we're just doing our best to be the best parents. Like, he came with us to Vail (Colorado) and it was great. But, like, we're friends at this point."
